SilcSkin, a beauty and health company that offers an anti-wrinkle product line needed a complete rebrand. Their identity, website and packaging didn’t reflect the simplicity and efficiency of their products. They wanted to increase distribution, increase brand loyalty and eventually to compete and position themselves as the answer to plastic surgery and other more expensive and difficult methods of removing wrinkles. Work began through the process of consulting with the stakeholders, and researching their competition, distribution channels, cost/sales factors, fulfillment, purchase averages, national vs international sales, manufacturing controls and their yearly projections. SilcSkin is growing rapidly and establishing a global footprint. As more corporate partners sign on to distribute the SilcSkin products, it became imperative to set up guidelines in order to ensure congruity with the brand.
